The Center for Allergy, Asthma & Immune Disorders and the Department of Internal Medicine at Hackensack University Medical Center recently hosted a conference for local doctors on managing allergic disorders in their practice. A distinguished faculty addressed such topics as the management of
acute and chronic urticaria and angioedema, the challenge of latex allergies in patients and healthcare professionals, and the management of drug hypersensitivities.
