HACKENSACK UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER RECEIVES OVERALL MEDICAL STAFF SATISFACTION AWARD

Hackensack University Medical Center has been awarded second place for Overall Medical Staff Satisfaction by The Jackson Organization, survey research consultants in Columbia, Maryland.

The medical center was awarded this honor for its commitment to excellence in medical staff satisfaction. To qualify for an award, a hospital must have been a medical staff satisfaction client of The Jackson Organization in 2003 and have conducted more than 50 physician surveys. Hackensack University Medical Center was chosen for receiving the highest ratings in medical staff satisfaction from among The Jackson Organization clients, as well as exceeding industry standards.

Dave Jackson, president of The Jackson Organization said, “We are honored to work with hospitals that are committed to providing excellent patient experiences.
