An Invitational sponsor can expect golf for 3 foursomes; a professional golf consult and group lesson; private tent including premium liquor, hors d’oeuvres, rich cigars, private masseuse, and hostess; prominent banner-pink page with premium ad position; MOLLY tee-box plaque; and recognition at the cocktail reception.

Additional sponsorship opportunities range in price from $850 to $4,000. A foursome is $1,800 ($450 per person), and includes green fees, a golf cart, lunch, and cocktail reception.

Sponsors can also take out journal ads in the tournament journal. The journal ads begin with the Patron status ($75) to the more expensive full-page covers (up to $1,200).

There will be a 50/50 raffle at the tournament, but winners need not be present. The tickets are $100 each and only 500 tickets will be sold. Tickets can be purchased by calling Nicholas Minicucci at (201) 512-3399.

Anyone interested in supporting The MOLLY Center, participating in, or co-sponsoring the tournament, please call The MOLLY Center for Children with Diabetes and Endocrine Disorders at (201) 996-5329.

Nicholas Minicucci, Jr. founded the MOLLY Foundation after his daughter, Molly, was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. Doctors told her that if she watched her diet and gave herself a daily injection of insulin, she would be able to lead a normal life. Twenty years after Molly’s diagnosis, the Minicucci’s commitment to diabetes research continues today with the foundation and The MOLLY Center for Children with Diabetes and Endocrine Disorders at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Chairing the event for Hackensack University Medical Center will be Mr. Minicucci. The co-chairmen will be Trae Minicucci, Minicucci Group, John P. Ferguson, president and chief executive officer of Hackensack University Medical Center, and John S. Phillips, Molly’s husband.

Hackensack University Medical Center, a teaching and research hospital affiliated with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - New Jersey Medical School and a member of the New Jersey Council of Teaching Hospitals, is the largest provider of inpatient and outpatient services in the state of New Jersey.

For seven years in a row and since the award’s inception Hackensack University Medical Center has been chosen by consumers as the hospital of choice in Bergen and Passaic counties. This accomplishment, based on a survey of more than 140,000 households nationwide, is another testament to the medical center's overall reputation for excellence in the community. The National Research Corporation of Lincoln, Nebraska conducts the survey each year.

Hackensack University Medical Center is one of the first two hospitals in the nation to receive The Governor’s Gold Award for Performance Excellence. The Quality New Jersey’s award is based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award established by the U.S. Congress in 1987 to improve organizational performance and to enhance the nation’s ability in the global marketplace. This is the highest award level and indicative that the medical center has sound systematic approaches and fact-based improvement processes in place.

Hackensack University Medical Center is a full-voting member in the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI), the non-profit association that speaks on behalf of children's health needs and their caregivers. NACHRI is the foremost organization in the nation for children's hospitals. In 2000, the medical center received state designation as an official New Jersey Children's Hospital. The Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital has been twice selected as one of the top 25 Children’s Hospitals in the country and the top ranked Children’s Hospital in New Jersey by “Child” Magazine.

Plans are moving forward to construct The Sarkis Gabrellian Women’s and Children’s Pavilion. When completed at the end of 2005, the 300,000 square foot pavilion will house The Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital, The Women’s Hospital, and The Mark Messier Skyway for Tomorrows Children.
