HACKENSACK UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER OFFERS SUPPORT GROUP FOR TEENS WITH DIABETES
The MOLLY Diabetes Center for Adults at Hackensack University Medical Center is offering a complimentary support group for 17 & 18-year-old high school seniors with diabetes. This support group will help ease the transition into adult diabetes services, provide mentorship for patients as they prepare to graduate from high school, and offer strategies for self-management of diabetes. The group will meet periodically at The MOLLY Diabetes Center for Adults, 211 Essex Street, Suite 101, Hackensack.
